How do I cook rabbit

Diversity in cooking is one of the characteristics of successful women, as they look for everything new in cooking main dishes, and today we will present some ways to cook rabbit meat, as rabbit meat contains various nutrients, and various main dishes can be prepared from it with ease.

  • Rabbit meat with mixed vegetables

the ingredients

  1. Rabbit cut into four pieces
  2. Chopped large onion
  3. Green bell pepper, sliced
  4. A large carrot cut into circles
  5. Ghee or vegetable oil
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. A spoonful of white flour
  9. A small cup of lemonade

How to prepare

  1. We clean the rabbit thoroughly, as we do the chicken, and set it aside to drain any excess water.
  2. Put the ghee or oil in a large frying pan over low heat, then add the rabbit meat pieces and leave them until they are well cooked.
  3. Add the vegetables (carrots, onions and green peppers) to the rabbit meat and let them fry together, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add the flour to the remaining oil after frying the rabbit meat and vegetables and leave it for a while, then add water to it in the amount that covers it, add salt and pepper, then add the rabbit pieces and vegetables to the water and leave it on a low heat until all the ingredients boil together.
  5. Lemon juice is added to the minced meat with vegetables, then immediately removed from the heat, and poured into serving dishes.
  6. Served with minced rabbit with vegetables and toasted bread.

  • Rabbit with rice

the ingredients

  1. Sliced rabbit as desired
  2. Onion slices
  3. Sliced green pepper
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. Mixed spices
  7. Lomi pill
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Two cups of long grain rice

How to prepare

  1. We wash the rice and soak it in warm water with a pinch of salt.
  2. We clean the rabbit thoroughly, as we do the chicken, and set it aside to drain any extra water.
  3. Put the oil in a cooking pot and add the onion to it and leave it until it browns a little, then add the rabbit pieces to the onion and leave it on a low heat until the meat is well cooked.
  4. Add the spices, stir the meat well, then add the salt and stir the ingredients together.
  5. Add the green pepper and lemongrass to the ingredients and leave all the ingredients for a few minutes until they soften together, then add the rice after washing it, cleaning it and distributing it well over the ingredients.
  6. We immerse the ingredients in boiling water and leave it on high heat until the water begins to boil, then reduce the heat to medium until the rice is well cooked.
  7. We turn the bowl over to a large serving dish, decorate it with nuts, and serve it with yogurt and green salad.
